Our top 12 finalists from Hot Chef’s 2010 season returns to take viewers from the shores of Taiwan to across the Malaysian continent in search for original home cooked recipes and sample all the home cooked goodness from every Chinese dialect group household. Season opener begins with Chef Huang (Ah Hong) as our host for this special season spinoff in Taiwan during Chinese New Year. All our familiar good looking Hot Chef finalists will be back to travel with Ah Hong, learn and create new fusion recipes to promote healthy home cooked recipes and share with audiences their experiences and appreciate the very essence of home cooked Chinese meals that we always crave whenever we’re away from home.
